Welcome to Loc'd by Courtney Nicole! Courtney is a Master Loctician, Natural Hair Stylist, & soon to be barber located in Missouri City, TX that specializes in loc health & maintenance, scalp care, and natural hair care methods. Our goal is to provide quality service and education that caters to the proper needs and maintenance of natural hair! Please see our policies below: New Clients: All first-time clients must book a consultation, prior to scheduling a service. The first service appointment will be scheduled with Courtney during your consult, for a later date (no same day services). If booking for STARTER locs, book the starter loc consultation. Consultations are not conducted after 7pm, regardless of calendar availability. Any service appointment booked, prior to a consult, will result in immediate cancellation. Deposits: Non-refundable deposits are required upon booking. The remaining balance is due in CASH only.--NO EXCEPTIONS.  Failure to submit the deposit once requested will result in appointment cancellation.  Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be completed within the same month of the initial appointment, unless we are entering a new month within the next 2-3 days. There is a 50% cancellation/ rescheduling fee of the service booked, for cancellations/rescheduling LESS THAN 48HRS of the appointment time. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Starter Loc clients may reschedule their appointment within 5-7 DAYS from the previous appointment date, based on stylist availability. Deposits will NOT be refunded for any purpose. If rescheduled anytime after the 5-7 day window, the previously paid deposit will no longer apply to future bookings. Please arrange to reschedule no later than 3 days prior to your service time. Appointment Etiquette: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. If there is an issue, please text ahead of time. Arrivals later than 15 minutes from the scheduled time are subject to cancellation.  NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed, without prior consent from the stylist. Parents are required to stay for the entirety of a child's service time, if under 10. Smoking & Vaping are strictly prohibited. Payment Methods: Remaining balances are due in cash only. Please make prior arrangements to have cash ready once you arrive to your appointment. This is required for the service to begin, otherwise your appointment will be delayed for you to stop by a nearby ATM, rescheduled, or canceled completely. Failure to bring CASH for remaining balances, will result in a $10 processing fee to cover deposit fees via other forms of payment.
